BUSINESS SERVICES STAFF

Neila Neary

CAREER CENTER MANAGER - Responsible for coordinating the BSR team to assure the use of an holistic approach to providing human resources services to the businesses community.  Also, responsible for outreach, Job Profiling, coordinating hiring events, informing businesses of the programs available through Massachusetts BizWorks and MassHire Cape and Islands Career Center.

Cathie LeBlanc

STAFFING EXECUTIVE/MARKET MAKER - Responsible for recruiting, job matching, entering and reviewing job orders, Recruitment events. As Market Maker, she represents MassHire with the Business Community  introducing them to career center programs and free skills training programs for incumbent workers and potential new employees through JTEC and/or the state and assists them with grant applications to obtain the training.
